It’s never a good idea to drive at 118 mph on any highway. It’s an even poorer decision to do so while drunk. That was the regrettable decision of 30-year-old Tosten Walsh Lommen, who now sits in South Dakota’s Pennington County Jail with his bond set at $2.5 million. If that sound a tad high for a high-speed chase and DUI, it could be because officers found a growler that smelled of alcohol and prescription bottles in his SUV. If the bond still sounds a bit on the high side, police also said they found a dead woman wrapped in a blanket inside the vehicle.
