(NEWSER) – A new sequel to the old Ghostbusters movies is on the way, 30 years after Ghostbusters 2—and it’s going to be a family affair. The movie, penciled in for a summer 2020 release, will be produced by original Ghostbusters director Ivan Reitman and directed by his son Jason Reitman. The younger Reitman tells Entertainment Weeklyhe’s always thought of himself as “the first Ghostbusters fan,” starting when he visited the set of the first movie as a 6-year-old. Reitman, who kept a hardened piece of foam from the Stay-Puft man, briefly appeared in Ghostbusters 2 as a kid who tells the Ghostbusters: “My dad says you guys are full of crap.”
