After Clayton Kershaw’s masterful Game 5 performance, the Los Angeles Dodgers could return to the World Series if they win against the Milwaukee Brewers Friday. The 2018 National League Championship Series, filled with controversial plays and acts of subterfuge, returns to Miller Park (live, FS1, 8:39 p.m. ET) pitting southpaw pitchers Hyun-Jin Ryu for the Dodgers and Wade Miley, who was removed by Brewers manager Craig Counsell in an interesting piece of strategy. The Dodgers, yearning to win their first World Series since 1988, played in last year’s Fall Classic but fell short to the Houston Astros in seven games. The National League winner will take on this year’s AL champs Boston Red Sox.
